Decent discount

Decent discount, friendly staff, only worked there to make a few bucks during school but not really motivating. Managers were decent but again not really motivating. Staff were friendly and made some life long connections there

The majority of my time at Cole Haan was positive. Leadership focused on team development but at times there was a lack of consistency. The employee discount is also a big plus.

i enjoyed my time working there (21 years). People are great. Can get very busy at times. like all companies they have there issues. But overall the job is not hard to do and they are fair and understanding with there workforce.

There is very little room for advancement here. Management doesn't engage with their staff in the front offices but do so in the warehouse. Toxic environment!
