Shifts and work is steady. Benefits provided are excellent if you take full advantage of them. There is a solid sense of a community and togetherness between staff, even those in different departments. Constantly changing sercumstance and lack of clear direction. Coworkers and managers communicate poorly between shifts so work is often found incomplete.
