Shifts and work is steady. Benefits provided are excellent if you take full advantage of them. There is a solid sense of a community and togetherness between staff, even those in different departments.

Constantly changing sercumstance and lack of clear direction. Coworkers and managers communicate poorly between shifts so work is often found incomplete. Often there is a lack of, or excess of avaliable supplies and man power do to these same communication issues.

The students are great, everything else needs work.

The health insurance is decent, the students are amazing, you can't get paid overtime but they do give you comp time and that is helpful if you could ever afford to go on vacation
|
Salary is way too low to live, opportunities for promotion are nonexistent under certain supervisors, work to life balance is not equivalent, unappreciated by higher ups
