Horrible experience!
|
Extremely unprofessional environment that management failed to address. I watched highly-qualified employees quit rather than endure the rude out-of-control behavior of a portion of staff. Finally, I also quit. At holiday parties, new employees were asked to be in skits that made fun of former staff members. This was done in a very mean way. This place was one of my worst employment experiences.

This by far was one of the best companies I worked for. One downside is they hold their customers to a higher esteem then their employees. No matter the situation the customer is always right. I liked the work/life balance offered. For the amount of work that is done the pay could be better.
