Flatter structure than most companies meaning exposure to top levels is achievable from early on
Open door policy so no need to feel you can't speak to seniors without a meeting request via a PA

Can't really provide any cons so far in my first year with the company. Maybe only bug bear is lack of efficiency in certain process but this is common in all businesses

Senior leadership constantly changing.
Loves to shout about what a great company it is yet behind the scenes basic systems and processes are either non existent or broken and staff are working themselves to the bone trying to fix all the errors.
Too much red tape and politics.
