This company does not care about it's employees. The company should remove the care part because they do not care about humans. Turnover is unbelievable. The make promises when you are interviewed/hired and do not follow through. Basically, scam the employee with promises they never keep. Poor pay with the promises of bonuses and a raise after one year (never happens). You are a body to them that they easily replace after the employee realizes they were lied to and leaves. HR is terrible only communicates via email and when you send a question you receive a form letter in response. No human contact. I assume it is because they are so busy hiring due to the huge turnover of employees. I work there 1.8 years. I saw 80% turnover of employees.

Upper management decides things last minute. The organization is top heavy. They pay the minimum in the industry for the front line staff that perform all of the services. They underutilized and under value some and over work others. They pay so much overtime because they don't want to attract new hires by paying a fair wage. They are however kind and do some decent work with their programs.
