The organization is always on the lookout for new funding sources and diversifying its portfolio and job security is high. Little to no opportunity for advancement; at times it is unclear why people who did advance received a promotion. Salaries are low compared to other organizations for the amount of work you do, and annual increases are roughly only 1-3%/year. Burnout and turnover are high, and morale can be low at times. There is a lot of work, and little appreciation of staff. Some are quick to blame others for problems in projects, often those at a higher level not taking responsibility for projects that they manage. -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 1.0 2.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 2.0 3.0 346566 Open Staff work hard and are very dedicated to the mission of the organization and its projects - it would make sense for the organization to promote staff where warranted and foster better work/life balance. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 0.0 Jan 19th, 2021 10:11PM Jan 19th, 2021 10:11PM Columbia University School of Social Work
