Bad: low salary, no balance life/work Great place for a first postdoc. Interesting weekly conferences with experts in all the disciplines. Availability of funds and good instruments/ tools for research. Even though it's not a place to learn. The salaries are low and working in Columbia requires full time dedication to work.
