Production Hartland, WI Corporate buyout by OneTouchPoint leads to no raises or cost of living increase in 5yrs Large company with family atmosphere in most depts, Looks great from the outside (building, website, management) Flexible hours if you are in a dept that allows it. No room for growth or promotion, no communication from upper mgmt, except the occasional "coffee with the COO/CEO" which has yet to show changes or progress to current issues. A wonderful finger pointing system called "NCR - or NICE Catch" leads to employee reprimand for personal file of errors. No incentives to work harder be proud of your job. HR is known to spread rumors of employees personal issues. The company has grown at a fast pace and the employees are left holding the bag for unrealistic contracts signed with clientel, many working 50-60hr weeks + wknds, and given grief for being mentally and physically exhausted. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 1.0 5.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 149367 Open You may know employees names in the halls, but when is the last time you stepped into the departments personally, shook someone's hand and said, "how are you today? Thank you for your hard work, we know it has been difficult, and we are working on resolving some issues." Why not start this holiday season? MEET those that help you earn your paycheck. Please stop threatening employees with "if you expect a raise you better find a dept that makes more money than you or go outside the company and find a different job." This poor attitude is affecting everyone from entry level to your management team. Take note of your managers that are doing substandard performance and CHANGE it. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 9.0 Jan 19th, 2021 10:32PM Jan 19th, 2021 10:32PM Commercial Communications

private:commercialcommunications https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=149367 Sep 28th, 2008 12:00AM Open Open Commercial Communications, Inc. Prepress Operator Hartland, WI Nice small company with some growing pains. You get to work with good people working as a team. The pay is low and the benefits are limited. Frequent layoffs. 0.0 3.0 5.0 0.0 2.0 2.5 4.0 149367 Open Periodic reports on how well the company is doing financially would be nice. It's always a bit of a surprise when layoffs come through and the workers have no idea there were financial troubles. We might even be able to help by looking for cheaper ways to do things an cutting back on hours before the cash crunches occur. 0.0 [] No Yes 0.0 Jan 19th, 2021 10:32PM Jan 19th, 2021 10:32PM Commercial Communications
