Regarding the food, the food is super tasty and healthy. But, while serving. If there is a chicken recipe. The guy takes a spoonful of it and shakes it left and right ( pieces will fall again in the container) we get gravy. And he doesn't serve chicken if we go again. All the employees know this but there are hesitant to share the feedback on food. Maybe Ayesha mam doesn't know about this. She doesn't tolerate this kind of act. So I hope there will be a change.

Will go through company’s hierarchical order as our company is co-founded basically we have two CEOs but in our company’s website RK Prasad is named as CEO and Dr. Ayesha Habeeb is named as co-founder according to my knowledge.
Let me get back to the baseline the CEO doesn’t involve much in day to day matters so all the matters are dealt by Dr. Ayesha and we don’t have a manager in our company she is co-founder/manager/rule maker/rule breaker well she can be anything she wants to be after all she is our boss.
Most of the employees who hold the high designations in our company are directly or indirectly either related to our CEO or favoured by our co-founder.
In between maybe there are some Directors and so... like i said they must be directly or indirectly related or favoured.
Project Manager’s are big joke in our company I wonder how in the world they ended up being PM well good to them and bad to the employees working under their projects guys I could talk hours of sarcasm about them but I’ll try my best to make it brief they don’t know a thing about how to estimate timeline for projects they talk hours on unnecessary and unprofessional meetings which are of no use zero productivity they want to show off their skills to our Bosses by torturing the people who work under their projects ask me how they torture? Simple they reduce the timeline, let us say that timeline of the project is two days they will make it one day which is 50% of the timeline is trimmed imagine the scale of their reduction and make the Instructional Designers & Developers to stay late till 10 and torture them make force them to deliver the project and don’t forget about the 100% quality if there is any issue if we say that we weren’t given enough time to resolve the issue the developer has to take the blame but you know who’s responsible for that so by doing this if everything goes well they will steal the credit saying I have done the two day task I’m just one day in my opinion all the uncles(project managers) should be replaced with some young talent there are few who joined recently they are doing good I hope they don’t end up being like
these old uncles if the bosses really care about holding things together.
Another fun part Operations manager I know how these people ended up being operations manager they are like virus they won’t leave and they can’t leave they spent half of their life i this company they literally don’t care about the operations well being they only care about is to show off their torturing they will get paid well but the people who are working under them has the worst pay scales who will be doing all the hard work but they don’t even bother to ask why are operations not getting a decent pay like I said they don’t care about the well being of the operations all they care about is that they are getting paid good enough management and soft kills knowledge is nil for all the operations managers why to take up a role which they are not fit for maybe it’s the fault of rule maker.
The Leads these are the scared employees who can’t arise a question they don’t like to follow but they will follow the things why ? Because they are scared of everything they are scared of the job security they are scared about the job role they are scared about the hikes simply the leads are scared to death to disagree with operation manager and the operation managers are scared to disagree with PMs, Few Leads are good but after several rounds of brainstorming they too will agree with the PMs rest are good for nothing lot of favouritism.
Lot of working over the clock without a pay they serve food which is tasteless and quantity they serve is equal to 5 years old appetite working on national holidays working on 1st Saturday working on other Saturday if there is necessity don't forget without pay and even though they pay us which is according to their own calculations which is dead poor no appreciation of your hard work no variable benefits.

I found no pros at all.

They judge people according to the time they leave at the end of a work day. If you are a person who wants to leave on time, you are a non- performer and a useless person in their eyes.
No chance for growth except for people who speak sweetly to please the hopeless guys on top.
Once you leave the company they are Not gng to deposit your PF in the PF account....Basically they steal your money.

Too mny to mention here. Very pressurising. Very egoistic higher management. Behaves with employees like they are garbage. Uses and throws employees as and when they want, without proper warning.
