Clinic managers should have college education. Mine vapes on the job, allows staff to watch movies, be on their phones instead of work, sends inappropriate text messages, plays Monopoly on her phone nonstop. Can't stay off her phone during meetings or when you are trying to talk to her. She works 25 hours a week and blames others for clinic issues.
