Productivity is more important than patient care!
|
It was very stressful and physically demanding because of no team work! Over booked patients in clinic without help from team mates. My Last day of work I had to be wheeled to the emergency department because of right hip bursitis and other back issues to being over worked! When I came back to work for light duty I was expected to work full duty. I loved my job and patients but the leaders and coworkers were lazy and stayed in their phones most of the time
