- progression opportunities as an operator to become team leader
- diverse, multi cultural work force
- investing in the future, modern technology (robotics,automation)

- Progression from team leader upwards few and far between
- Mediocre salary
- responsibilities as a team leader focused more around chasing old work due to a flawed system rather than leading a team - becomes tedious and frustrating over time
- no input on new changes - basically told to get on with it
