1. Every person is for themselves. There is no responsibility
2. Terminations happens so frequently that even management employees are clueless.
3. No employee is permanent. No matter you are listed as a permanent employee but make sure to keep a new job ready always. They have laid off people even before Covid without any reason and now because of covid they have a reason as well.
4. Management is very poor.
5. There is no scope for learning.
6. Every employee is there because he/she doesn't have a job.

At the beginning of our tenure at Community Force, they try to show you that an employee is everything, but it changes with time.

Worst Management in terms of decision making. They take decisions during the weekends. What a BIG JOKE!
On the first day of your new week, you get termination orders, transfer of departments, change of roles, and many jokes. Sadly, they don't even give the reasons, as usual lame excuses.

Vacation - their is very little work so you'll feel like you are on a paid vacation.
