Bait and switch from the top down and a very dishonest CEO that will look at you in the eye and lie to you. Micro management at its worse and work re-prioritization on a daily basis. Work 24/7 with no overtime. Promotions that increased work load and responsibilities with just fake promises and no pay raise.
