Work from home policies are also very employee friendly. I have been able to maintain a good balance between my personal and professional life due to these policies. The focus is always on the results and not how you achieve them. I have also had the opportunity to work on some very challenging projects and learn a lot of new things in the the process. All new ideas were heard and after discussion, implemented too. Good team building exercises conducted by HR. Focus more on learning and spreading knowledge initiatives. I worked on some great projects and got to experience very interesting ways of implementing different functionality in web projects. The culture at this company is very detail oriented. Attaining perfection in UI/UX implementations is one of the main goals for every project here. I also learnt various testing methodologies to gain maximum compatibility of systems. I did not experience any cons. I have never experienced this sense of urgency when it comes to client work. Quality is scrutinized very closely and there is almost a drive to attain perfection. This is a great environment to learn to work under pressure. Along with the work pressure this is also a very fun place to work. There are frequent parties and everybody is very friendly around here. Too much pressure to do things right the first time. It can get very stressful at times. I worked here for 2 years before relocating to New York and I still remember all the fun I had working here. Needless to say the company has a lot to offer in terms of knowledge. It is great to have a work place like this in Cedar Rapids. Everybody I knew works really hard and timely delivery with high quality is everybody's goal. Very customer centric organization just like you would expect a service company to be. Very demanding and challenging environment due to the complexity of the projects that are done. Always very high pressure from the clients as most of the clients are small to medium businesses that want their work done yesterday. Expect to work after hours on several occasions. They don't mean about you they are just frustrated man who will give you salary on time and nothing they are just Drama company. If you have a task which is required more than 8 hours then they will tell you to do that. other wise you will be fire.
