Company culture is the best part of the job. Hard work is always rewarded and working with a dedicated team makes the day fly by. Learned more here in my first week than any other job. The group is welcoming and respectful and try to get new workers included as much as possible. Completing work here makes you feel accomplished and that you serve a purpose. No one is above each other and we work as a team rather than hierarchy.
