Extreme micromanagement and need for control of everything, no understanding of personal boundaries, poor interpersonal relationship skills, anyone not in a higher position won't have a personal life, overworked for the pay.

Something needs to be done about the management at one location, as the person in charge has a self-inflated view of her position and micromanages everything. Everyone that works there is there for a reason, but she will make those that work with her doubt their value and true capabilities. The experience overall is not worth the stress and negativity from this one manager.
