Coworkers are great and the sense of purpose is fulfilling. Burn out can happen quickly with the heaviness of the calls some days but often there is balance. Great management, support, flexibility Only 30 min lunches in FL office. No opportunity for advancement unless you are in the main office. 0.0 0.0 4.0 4.0 4.0 3.0 4.0 4.0 Jan 20th, 2021 12:56PM Mar 20th, 2021 01:02PM ComPsych

The quotas are unrealistic, everything you do is timed- even going to the bathroom. Can’t count how many panic attacks I’ve experienced due to feeling like a robot trying to meet the the quota and trying to be positive for the customers. The “leadership” team thinks of all these new ways to increase customer positivity, but they will end up with so many good people leaving the company with their ever growing list of unrealistic expectations. Bottom line- stop treating the workers like robots, constantly expecting them to give but management always takes, otherwise the company will continue to be a revolving door. private:compsych https://www.indeed.com/cmp/compsych/reviews Nov 5th, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Open ComPsych Customer Experience Specialist Chicago, IL USA Rather braid water, than work here. They strive for quality but fail to reach that goal because everything is numbers driven. Fairly high turnover rate so they are unable to hire and retain more employees to assist with the work. No flexibility for work and life unless you have a substantial amount of PTO. Stale work environment, try to placate everyone by having bogus raffles and company/department parties. Do not promote from within and give lateral promotions to those that deserve more. Overall, a decent job for those right out of college and looking for pay, but not worth long term employment. Learned a lot when it came to provider data and network services. Needed to improve with data and processes being outdated. Move towards everything being digital. If you do not have a degree you will not advance. Do not consider work experience. Some would be hired with any Bachelors degree and do not have the work experience To perform the job efficiently compared to someone with 10 years on the job experience, Who would trained the ones with a degree but would not be advanced due to not having a degree. private:compsych https://www.indeed.com/cmp/compsych/reviews Sep 27th, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Open ComPsych Guidance Specialist Las Vegas, NV USA Mental Health Company where Employees mental health does NOT matter Work here if you absolutely need remote work during the pandemic or are in school pursuing an advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling. Try not to get trapped! This company will treat you like a machine. The productivity expectations have remained the same if not gotten higher since the start of the pandemic. Yes, the ability to work full time from home is great. However, you are expected to work non stop. Overtime? They don’t pay that, don’t even ask. All of the procedures are inconsistent so the clients calling in get a completely different experience depending on who they talk to. They call themselves “guidance resources,” but don’t provide any resources for employees to do their jobs effectively. Just figure it out I guess! That person calling who is in crisis? You should just already know the right things to say, they won’t guide you. You should just already have your own arsenal of resources to provide to them. They claim to be about mental health and well-being but all they care about is not upsetting the HR representatives of the companies they are contracted with. In the case of a customer complaint they will literally never take your side or defend you as their employee. They definitely don’t care about the mental health of their employees. You could be crumbling all alone in your apartment during a pandemic and they will chastise you about your call numbers not being up. Try not to work here unless you absolutely need something. And try to look for other employment right away, don’t get trapped here! Work is completely remote, no need for office visits at all. 10 hour shifts with 30 minute breaks, Micromanaging “leaders, ” Unrealistic productivity expectations 0.0 0.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 Jan 20th, 2021 12:56PM Mar 19th, 2021 08:01PM ComPsych
private:compsych https://www.indeed.com/cmp/compsych/reviews Sep 23rd, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Open ComPsych Guidance Consultant- EAP Counselor Chicago, IL USA Good experience overall I left on bad terms. The pay wasn’t great. I left for another company and got a 10k raise. However, looking back, they allowed you to do your job if you could do it. They micromanaged many of my peers, but they needed managing. If you did your job, all you had to do was show up and do it. That is rare. If I could work from home I would consider working there again. It’s a good place to learn how the real world works. Freedom. Hours.
