Poor management. Poorly structured. Organization is like the mafia or the ole boys club, They don't value high functioning, educated, professional adults with proactive nature to support and create efficiency. They ask for change, but don't understand their needs. When you share information, there eyes get big and brains turn-off. I was once told that people with a college education wasted their time. If you lie, sell BS, and fake working then you will fit in and go far, but with all the recent changes I wonder for how much longer. This company is going to fail, and I hedge American Securities sells Conair within the next 1-3 years.
