1. The product functionality has demand in the market and they are the only one right now having enough capital and sales experience to kill the competition.
2. You can ask for any role name you fancy of e.g. "Global God of engineering" or "Global director of all gods" or "Godmother of marketing & Sales". You will get the title condition being whom you are buttering.
3. You can join and sustain in this organization for a long time especially when you are a very laid back person and have no zeal. People with strong capabilities , drive to excel and love for technology often find them in a state of shock and insulted when they are managed by people who have previous experience in managing window cleaning schedules etc.
4. Its a nice organization where people in love with free food, free drop off and who do not want to challenge themselves to the next level can sustain for years with absolutely no issues. Problem only arise when you challenge the higher ups. Keep your ideas to yourself and you will be OK here..
5. India HR team is very proactive in keeping Glassdoor reviews ratings quite high by putting lots of anonymous 5 star review on Glassdoor. I am expecting to get at-least 3-4 more 5 star reviews after mine but that's fine.

1. The fancy role names of Condeco stand nowhere to market realities. You go out in the market and it will not take much time to realise that some Director level positions are often considered as Junior consultants in other highly competitive, Tech based companies.
2.They are no other Cons. Individuals are only responsible for their actions and results of joining and sustaining in Condeco.

I would question how much engineers are valued. They would invest in the best Visual Studio subscriptions and cloud technology, which was great, but were also moving to track and monitor progress via Git commits, even implementing daft targets, such as 'commit 4 times per day'; I don't know if this stuck.
While it was an enjoyable place to work, there were a number of these occasions that suggested there was potentially an underlying distrust or disregard for engineers at the top level. Visits of senior management to our office were rare, one of only 2 visits in a year was to tell us they were shutting the office and making us all redundant. There also appeared to be a struggle to innovate in the product and get engineers involved in the business. If this is what motivates you, this may not be the place for you.

Too much work per head, but that is acceptable looking at the package and the facilities the company offer.
Career growth is less as it is a product based firm. So if you want to grow at a faster rate to learn more technologies, join a Service Based firm. Where you get to work on multiple technologies.
