A lot of hard working front line workers that rarely gets support from their supervisor/manager. These workers helped me a lot when I need to complete some tasks.

To my awareness, there are a lot of favoritism within some department. Some of the supervisor/manager were just as lazy and incompetent as their subordinates. These people makes my job very stressful as I can't depend on them for clear information. All I get is excuses, lies and blames. Its an unnecessary headache everyday here.

Flexible and comfortable. Most people are very friendly. Exciting to work for an up-and-coming company with a promising product. The product is unique and makes sense and is easy to get behind. Benefits/pay is decent.

Some positions get monotonous and boring. The market is hard to break into and
it can be disheartening to work so hard and not have the industry validate the efficacy of our products. A lot of people are frustrated with upper management and decision making around the direction of the company. Not everyone feels stable in their job because of so many structural changes. A lot of disorganization and lack of communication. Some employees that have been with the company for a long time are overlooked and are not receiving the credit they deserve for the hard work they have done for the company.

Communication between departments needs to be promoted and upper management needs to think more about the staff and morale when making big decisions. New hires do not receive enough training and need to be better informed on the product when they start, no matter what role they have. All employees need to get exposed to other departments and positions so that communication flows more freely and departments aren't existing as islands. Growth within the company and learning experiences/training needs to be promoted. Company social gatherings should also be invested in. One cookout a year is not enough employee bonding to bring teams together and promote happiness and cooperation in the workplace.
