That however has been squandered by the ineffectual C class and upper level management. In my time working there I experienced 2 RIF's that destabilized an already low morale among the workers. One occurred less than a week before Christmas while management pat themselves on the back and padded their pockets with undeserved bonuses! Benefits were reasonable and time off to start equated to about 3 weeks. In my role within IT was able to work remotely during snowstorms which I did appreciate. The worse company I ever work for. They are not equal with the employer and make false accusations on most employees. HR do not listen to you at all. About half of the employees are already quitting because we did not get a raise or bonus. If you are looking to work here at Conformis I wish you luck and I will pray for you.
