Not enough pay. We had to pay for our medical bénefits. We were dignity heath emloyees, but did no it get the benifits as mercy medical center employees. They have the mediçal benifits paid. We had to pay from our very low paychecks

The company is disorganized – I didn't know that my corporate contact was laid off until weeks later. Admittedly, he wasn't the person I directly reported to, but it was weird to have to double check to make sure my resignation letter was received.

In my opinion, there are no Cons to working at Connected Living. The company is fast paced, employees wear many hats, and work hard... For those who like that combination, it's a great fit.

A company full of dreamers, and so few doers.

Honestly, the people "seemed" nice before you got to know them.
|
The job was heavily political. You had to be friends with upper management to be able to do your job effectively / at all. The pay was dirt compared to positions at other companies at similar levels. Operations was a mess, sales was a mess, the CEO was a mess, and honestly the entire company was much more about appearances than actually doing any work.

The hourly pay is a huge plus, the flexibility to work 6 hours per week is amazing as a student, and the work itself is really rewarding.

Upper management is a bit unorganized. They failed to communicate that my first boss had left, and my second supervisor had too much to do with too little time to accomplish it, leading to a few communication mistakes that could have easily been avoided.
