They fired everyone and are going out of business. While working there I felt sad and depressed everyday it was a really bad work environment. There aren't too many cons... in my personal opinion, maybe one or two. To be quite honest, none of which were within control of the company and/or it's employees. In any service thats provided to a consumer with no guaranteed ROI, you're going to have a certain level of people that feel unhappy....
