I’m saving money in gas and commuting to work everyday. As long as I hit my goals, on top of my hourly I get a bonus. My supervisor always checks on me and helps me when I have system issues. My health insurance cost is still high. Great atmosphere. Good hourly pay and commission. We’re very fortunate to have CEO and management allowed all their employees to work at home back in March. While other people started to lose their jobs, we continued to hire more people. Our Leads and boss are helpful and motivating. They check up on us on slack and pushes us to do better. I miss my co-workers and great energy we had at work. I miss Free Food Fridays, celebrating birthdays and my boss talking to us. I just want everything to get back to normal. SmartFinancial is a company that number one, cares for its employees. The owners of the company make a big effort to be a part of the team, listening to new ideas, and incorporating them into the jobs. Each individual is their own person, and management is very good at understanding this and supporting each team member so that we all succeed. Since it's a relatively new company, so there are a lot of moving parts and more changes than what you would find at a typical corporate setting.
