Very rewarding to see the substantial improvements from this company, and product perspective over the past year. I would describe Contract Logix as being a dynamic and resourceful company. Over the past year or so, the company has made huge improvements in the overall office culture. While it hasn’t been quick or easy, it’s been great to see the positive changes in the employee’s moral and in their passion for their work. The leadership team is focused and is really influencing the business vision. It makes it fun and interesting but more importantly rewarding to be part of this team. They have sold their product to over 1,600 clients, and only about 200 still use it. All leads are inbound, and salespeople spend most of their days on LinkedIn versus doing actual work. It is not a place for sales longevity and overall sales success.
