The product is superb and if you are into Saas and analytics get ready to geek out! The leadership is smart, success track record and collaborative. | While it might be a con for some for others it is what we sign up for at a start-up... everyone is pulling in more than 100%. If you are passionate about the space it doesn't feel like work at all and the people you are doing it with! Plus, you feel 100% appreciated and it feel like you are doing something bigger than you! Each one I worked with is smart, very good in what they do, and compassionate leaders. I never felt ego or personal bias coming in way of decision making. Everyone's focus is on solving problem on hand and helping team members. Another big difference I felt working in this org, compared to previous org, focus is on strength of employees and leveraging it rather than on weakness. It's a great org to work for any professional, be rookie or seasoned.
