Co-workers apart from.management team were nice people, company parties were OK-ish

Atmosphere depends very much on the mood swings of the management team. Sometimes very hostile and rude againt employees. Working there every day felt like all energy got sucked out of me and rest of co-workers. Complete commercial team quit beginning of this year becaus of this. Expect company to come after you with law suit after you quit, as they do to a lot of people.

Rather nice office and everyone works together in one open room

Management is too focused on sales numbers rather than general development of the company.
Due to the same reason they are less interested in making sure that everyone's talents would be utilized and the managers are very arrogant towards a lot of employees.
The company has no real development plan or strategy.
Most of the people feel bored at work.
Lunches are a plain sandwich bar.
The main product was hot in the beginnings of 2000s but no real improvements are seen ever since.
