There is a very serious lack of leadership and professionalism. Training is all computer based and very little if any actual one on one training. Other service advisers are not forthcoming with information and do not seem to care to assist with getting fellow advisers up to speed on the various aspects of system software or the multitude of processes utilized on a daily basis. Basically it was an every person for themselves environment. Mr. Copple cares very much about his customers, but I can't say as that he really seems to care as much for his employees, more of a take them or leave the attitude so to speak. Having grown up in a small town myself it is easy to spot the "big fish in a small pond syndrome" that customers present and it is quite prevalent in Louisville, NE. I think it is unfortunate because the Copple's are good people and run a nice small town dealership, but unfortunately that is all they will ever be. They have outgrown their location and really are in need of more certified techs, especially a diesel tech, due to the amount of business they have and the length of time it takes to get a vehicle repaired. The shop facility is outdated and very cramped, but does have many new lifts.
