Few colleagues are good friendly and the tea was good. 1. The Internet is restricted too much. 2.Exact in time out time maintain. Even a salary cut for 3 days late. 3. G. M behavior was not good. 4. Even for the non paid internship, we needed to come in time and out time was fixed. 5. After the internship they proposed salary for the first month is 1000 and 5000 per month for the remaining year on probation and they can throw you out any time and after 1 year you will be confirmed but it was like a bond you can't leave the company. (Even home maids makes more money). 6. No good project at that time. Friendly work environment, damn good senior management. Timely salary , increment and good employee benefits like medical insurance , Personal accident cover and LTA. 27 leaves in a year. There are lots of cons in this pathetic excuse of a company. 1. The CEO and CTO clearly think highly of themselves and have no business acumen. They come once a year and give useless pep talks but when it comes to execution of actual matters, they show their true colours. 2. Team leaders are some of the most narrow minded people that I've ever seen who are expert in demotivating and discouraging colleagues who are not as "skilled" as they are. They don't have any leadership qualities, not even basic communication skills and are puppets of the CEO and CTO but in turn backbite about them only. 3. Very few projects without any diversity come here and they stretch on them for months, mostly focuses on their own CRM product the interface of which is plain ugly and scary and still they dream of competing with Salesforce. 4. Learning new skills is a myth here. I was promised that there's a lot that I will be able to learn and gain experience working here but no such promise was kept. I had to do the same old useless stuff for nearly two years. 5. Both atmosphere and infrastructure are oozing with negative vibes with hostile environment and poorly educated company culture. No training facilities. Not a single employee said anything positive about the company in the 18 months that I have worked here which clearly shows how hopeless they have made their own employees. Just do yourself a favour and don't go to this company if you want to improve your career and please ignore the positive reviews in google which have been written by their faithful lackeys.
