Compensation was decent

401k was paused as part of the Rackspace acquisition
Healthcare plans got worse after Rackspace acquisition
PTO policy got worse after Rackspace acquisition
Raised billing rates more than 30% after Rackspace acquisition with no raises to lower-level staff in the company
Weekly, it feels like, you get an email about a Rackspace C-level moving on or a new one is hired. Very tumultuous and no clear goal of where the organization is going
