"Pathetic Management"

After thinking for a while just one word comes into my mind "LOL".
|
1. Employees are treated as if company is doing some sort of charity to them.
2. Working conditions are hazardous.
3. Dictatorship of CEO
4. No salary, as per CEO ideology "salary is not employees birth right"
5. Attrition rate is more than 80% in current year.
6. Even after 7 years of operations company still considered it as a "Start Up".

Nothing Positive to join. PLease dont join the company
|
1. Company is running out of Cash.
2. Employees are not been paid on time.
3. Reimbursement process is not followed and employees are not been paid for 2-3 months.
4. Once you resign the company, you will not be paid for notice period. Management will find some excuse to withhold your salary.
5. HR department is pathetic.
6. HOD's dont know what they are supposed to do and why they are been hire.
7. One man show.
8. Mis-communication between all department.
9. No one is happy in the company.

Good concept (though company has failed to capitalize the same)

Never seen a more chaotic company in my career.
No stable team or product offering. Everything at the Company is "Hot balloon in the Air" and can puncture anytime soon.
Clients are usually cheated - whether hardware or software and tons of false promises given.
No respect for people's talent and experience.
CEO needs to move on, if company needs to achieve anything concrete.
