I would probably still be there if I moved to LA. CPX has some issues with keeping up with themselves based on their staggering growth. They have gone through many skilled managers, COO's and CTO's. It seems they weren't happy with many of their hires. However, their clients like CPX because of the results. The company was filled with harrassment, bipolar bosses, there were talented salespeople who wisened up and left. A few nice people in management but unfortunately their talents were overshadowed by their higher bosses when I was there.
