I've seen long term employees get treated like trash. Here one day, gone the next
Very political environment. Management loves using fancy, fluffy words but when it comes time to executing anything, its almost impossible.
It's a non-profit operating at the speed and mentality of a public sector employer. There is a lot of talk but not a lot of progress. Rock the boat too much and you get the boot.
There is no career progression here.
They have been a monopoly for a long time, and have the working attitude and mentality to show for it. Slow to change and adapt and complete things

It's a good place for someone who needs a foot into the tech industry, for junior people as they hire a lot of contractors

No desire to change, more like they have attained 100% immunity to change. and super old tech. I wouldn't recommend a senior developer join CREA. For the junior folks, jump ship when you think can.
