Management of my department was unorganized at times, deadlines were met regardless. There was not high employee turnaround and we were encouraged to explore what other departments did within the organization. Management listened to employees and, at least in my experience, there always was an open door policy. benefits, RRSP contributions, flexible work from home schedule, at least 10 days off at Christmas.
