Every employee's feedback and input has the potential to make it into not only the product, but also our processes and culture. The company is growing fast, and as such, process change and new problems come fast too. If you are the type of person that loves to tackle unknowns, you wont have a boring day. There is always a new challenge to tackle. There is a lot of flexibility in how you work, and how you handle your day-to-day. Some days can be long, but, working remote when needed is very helpful in work-life balance. Junior employees quickly grow, and are not artificially held back by job titles or over-burdening corporate ladders, and are encouraged to swim outside of their lanes often as actionable results are the key measure of performance. Management was poorly organized and never provided systematic feedback or reviews of performance. Also, the goalposts were constantly changing/moving and communication was severely lacking in regard to those changing expectations. Further, working very long hours was expected without any additional compensation or even appreciation. Given the grueling hours it left little to no time for company culture or team-building.
