Cool service, website, etc. Pay isn't too terrible... Disorganized; The multiple online services used for work and the long distance between HQ and other cities of operation leave room for errors (generally uncoordinated, with many oversights in booking tours and notifying current residents about them). Was promised certain number of hours of work per week, and at most, I only got about 10% of the promised hours. Pay schedule was very irregular, and never got my final paycheck. With how few hours I was given, it wasn't worth my time to get it straightened out. Finally, there isn't an on boarding process, so you barely know what to say/do when giving tours or completing other work. You shouldn't be expanding operations if you can't get your current affairs in order...though that's exactly what you're doing. It seems like most of the leadership team is checked-out and celebrating a business success way to early in the business' life cycle. However, that seems to extend to their attitudes toward commitments as well. My experience with Cribspot and their CEO Jason Okrasinski was regularly uncommunicative and unprofessional, both in honesty as well as follow-through.
