I have been with CRB for over a year, by far the best place I have ever worked. Feel that there is a real mission and purpose to our work, improving peoples lives with access to funding they did not have before. Filters down throughout the firm with all the charity work and community involvement. Employees treated very well, highly valued with great benefits and perks and a fun atmosphere. Company has been growing and expanding out in high tech and where banking is going. Definitely one if the top places to work in the area, really enjoying myself there!

The kitchen is always stocked with food to snack on. Warm environment. Great benefits and perks. Colleagues and managers are friendly. Young children will occasionally be in the offices as their parents work and no one seems to mind.

Bank very productive
|
We work from the moment we walk in which is 8am until 6;30. We have lunch while we work. I have learned how to work with 2 monitors. Open accounts by email. The bank has a very high deposit base. Ony one bank but very productive. It has been an experience that I will never forget.

The bank gets the employees lunch on Fridays

There is really no lunch break working long hours.
