Stressful , inappropriate, toxic environment

This company does not care for its employees or customers , they offer things to customers that they can’t even financially provide as a company (kitchen kits, bedding kits,) Working reliable RVs! They send out defected RVs everyday to families and the employees are the ones that have to deal with it. They definitely do not care to ensure the safety of employees, managers are always men that misuse their title. You have to translate many languages without any additional pay for it. They are always hiring for a reason.
Do not work here please.

It was a great atmosphere The ships were pretty good and the commission wasn't bad. Considering the summer time we were pretty busy. I would recommend this to other people that are good at sales

I have watched multiple employees get their hours cut with no explanation or even the common courtesy to inform that employee. They hire and fire with the purpose of the companies discretion .The benefits for health and maternity leave are laughable, because there is none.

I was told in the interview that I would have to meet quota every month. OK No Prob. However, if you are meeting quota, why are they pulling you in every month to talk to you about your sales? You start to second guess yourself. Management? Thumbs down. Most enjoyable part of the job? The people you work with and the customers. Hardest part of the job? Management. Typical day at work? Answering phones and booking RV's. What did I learn? Nothing I didn't know already know. Workplace culture? Laid back.

This company preaches “Employee Owned Company” & will make it seem like they truly care. The truth is they have no remorse for anyone or their situations, they have 0 training programs for any positions (which is unheard of in a call center) management gives zero support, HR is a joke & very under qualified. I’ve seen many good employees who were excellent at their job & committed be let go over nothing except HR management was bored, or needed drama, or felt threatened by someone competent.

There’s no training program, they hired an offshore team and gave them no training so they’re just taking calls and passing it on to us, management doesn’t hold anyone accountable, people call avoid and come in late and no repercussions.
Pay is good.

Poor management
|
The management at this company does not provide the proper training you need to succeed. They will have reservation agents train new employees without paying them more for the extra work. They have a high turn over rate. You’re only paid a flat rate on commission, $5. Once you are not liked, they do things make it difficult to work there. They will change your schedule last minute with no proper communication. They have mandatory overtime.
