It's a good company - management, not so much

good benefits. Overall team is good. Lot's of professional people with years of experience in the field. The CEO is a very kind person.

Management is very passive aggressive. Lots of meetings that could have been an email. People tend to go behind your back. Voicing your opinion is frowned upon (don't go to HR - they will tell the execs anything, even if "confidential"). Executives make people feel uncomfortable with their passive aggressive tone - you feel bad for your peers too, as these episodes occur in front of others.
