Best Cruise Company to work

I have been working in the cruise industry for about 6 years and I can say from my experience that Crystal is the best to work for, so far. The company cares about the employers and from the first moment you enter the gangway they try to make you feel at home. I could have at least 1 off per cruise (1 shift off). Working on the ships there are no days off, but with Crystal we could have at least shifts off. Also, the itinerary is excellent and we are able to discover many places in the world.

Overall a great company to work for. Great manager, friendly coworkers. Flexible with start time and occasional work from home - which is great. Compensation was fair for my position and work load. Nice, clean office.

Working onboard a cruise ship is a great way to travel depending on the position you hold onboard.Time off is limited to hours rather than days and the working day can be very stressful.
That said, I have visited some amazing places during my ten years at seas, and enjoyed bucket-list worthy experiences that most people do not get the opportunity to do.
Wages are generally tax-free and you can save a lot of money.
