Constant salary delays. And it's not about a delay in 1 day or week, it's not even a delay in 1 month it's a delay in 1 YEAR! I finished work in Crytek more than a year ago and they own me mone for more than 2 months of my work. At first, it was delayed for 1 week but then this time increased till I left the company. I was told that will have my money later but after a year - NOTHING. All mail is ignored and the accountant doesn't know anything about timelines.
Constant lies from the Management side. They said that there was some money transfer and it's about a lack of money in the company and in the end - IGNORE! Management will LIE to you about some problems in the company, they will LIE to other people and the WILL LIE IN COURT if you are willing to collect money through the lawyers and court
They're up to 10 former employees in the same situation who are just waiting for some "luck" that maybe CEO will decide to pay our money

- free drinks (often the delivery doesn’t get paid, so it is usually only water)
- Not a lot of work to do for a lot of departments (especially Narrative / Game Design and QA)
- flexible work time (does not apply for every team)

Safety at Work:
- Appearing mails like „Please do not use meeting room X, the floor collapsed.“
- A chemical factory leaked a potential toxic fume directly next to the company, the authorities told everyone to stay inside and avoid the area at all cost.
Meanwhile the air conditioning blew everything inside the Studio. A lot of people felt in danger.
Cryteks Management did not react to this incident in any way for more than one hour.
After 4 hours they managed to turn off the air conditioning.
There was no actions taken to improve a reaction to such incidents
Working conditions:
- Reliably delayed Salaries
- Absolutely no support regarding learning and development
- A horrible Management layer mainly without any functionality or motivation
- Managers directly admit that they dont care about feedback or their employees
- Employees washing their hair or feet in the sinks
- Religious channels in the companies chat system
Overall I can not recommend this company to anyone and I completely agree with the other negative reviews here. Be aware that they are actively faking reviews on glassdoor to bolster their reputation.

I don‘t want to make this to long, so please read the negative Reviews as they represent the honest truth.
Whomever writes those positive reviews can only be from HR or the close circle around the CEOs.
-Salaries were only paid half for September until end of last week, beginning of this week, when finally the rest arrived
-Those delays have been going on for months....just a matter of time until nothing will be paid nomore
-Company meetings only late and with enough BS to keep the loyal believers on board
-office drinks reduced to water, as the delivery guy apparently hasn’t been paid as well
-of course the big cars ,Lambo, Ferrari, still there...so they must prefer paying those instead of us.
-lies and more lies about investors, selling the company and so on
-still trying to hire people even though there is no money
-due to all those issues above and more the place is toxic...it eats you alive and makes you sick and broke
Nobody should stay there or go there, unless you are rich and don’t care about getting paid!
