I had an extremely intelligent and caring manager who looked out for everyone in her team. I was going through a very difficult time in my life during that time and she took care of me. In fact, she was one of the best leaders I've come across in my professional career. Overall small team setting with good people. The product is good and the credit union customers are even better. Small family type setting where everyone gets together one evening out of a month to sit down and just talk. | The company is close to mountains and vineyards. Could be boring for the outgoing type. Few unprofessional managers behaves like school teachers. it's mandatory to wish manager good morning and take permission to leave for the day. U will get followed every2-3 hours intentionally. No agile process (Even the managers don't know such type of model is there). No Escalation Level. Senior management visits India twice in a year.
