– Agile-friendly environment. Based on my experience in different IT and e-commerce organizations, Cue is a good example of Agile methods. There is no bureaucracy with rules or useless reports. The team works with iterative work cycles and direct feedback from customers and stakeholders.
– Talented team. When I joined Cue, over 40 people were working in the company. Most of the employees are professionals with great passion and dedication to what they are doing.
– Authentic leadership. CEO is one of the most magnetic business leaders I’ve met. He is a natural problem solver, who push through difficulties.
– Good compensation with bi-weekly payroll.

Cue was managed by different teams over the last 2 years and, hence, the company was moving in different directions. I can suggest that this did not enable company to grow very fast. Right now this problem seems to be solved: there is very clear product vision and roadmap + positive feedback from customers.

Since it's inception in 2005 , this company whose previous name was INMARKIT, had always a big turnover because of the meddling ”CEO/Founder” who doesn't trust anyone and micromanage everything. The CEO is crazy and has no respect for the people nor for the partners working for him build his platform during many years. I saw with my eyes and with disgust how the Founder decided overnight to break a company (the bright and very engaged CEO of that company was very ill at the time the Founder of CueConnect (Inmarkit at that time) decided to poach his employees (SQL technologies, Inc.) and he didn't paid the salaries . This guy is not a human and frankly do not deserve working for him or he deserve any interest.

The CEO is a joke. He has been at this for 12 years and has had zero success!
All he does is meddle and does not know anything about technology, how to run a business and certainly is clueless on managing people.
All the COOs, CTOs left with no notice because of the CEO who clearly has little interest in building a successful business. Every initiative is ruined by this CEO and only the mediocre employees stayed with him. Some because they needed an H1-B and others because they were C and D players...
I was at the company first as a consultant and have never seen anything like this before.
CAUTION: RUN AWAY and never think of working for this very very stupid and inhuman guy.

I worked at Cue for two years in sales. It's agreat company in a growing environment, working with great people. The CEO is extremely passionate about the company and the employees growth and success at the company. There is a ton of opportunity for success, but you have to be willing to put the effort in. It's not a place to collect a paycheck.
