great benifits but horrible management and training leaving you stressed out and confused.
attempting to move up is usually blocked by senior management as they wouldn't have employees left to work the phones.
expectations are high even though they don't train you properly.
working weekend rotations means youre almost working two weeks in a row.
very high turnover rate- bad job security if they don't like you.
management spends more time in meetings then actually addressing issues in the support center

This was a limited project, it was scheduled for 1 year and lasted for a little over a year. I would work for them again if an opportunity opened up. Management was professional and great to work with. They care about their employees.

This is a busy environment but it is fun at the same time! I really regret leaving here and am thinking about going back. The only reason that I left is because I wanted to start getting more technical experience to support my degree. I really do miss this place!
