The manager is very unprofessional and treats all the staff very bad

Theres no team spirit cause the manager is never in and the other two personal trainers just bully each other its playground politics

Worst job ever

I wouldn't advise anyone to work here. I've had several customer experience jobs and this goes down as the worst company I have ever worked for. The perks were good but all of that did not matter when the management were making me feel like overtime was non negotiable (back to back 12 hour shifts) and if for whatever reason you could not, you were iced out and made to feel like you're the worst person ever.
I felt singled out and some ignorant comments about my race and culture were made by management. I still have PTSD from working there.
