Everyone is extremely supportive and makes it easy to be excited and passionate about what you're doing every day. The environment is very collaborative and it's fun to be part of such a great company as it grows and changes every day. Exec does a really good job of being transparent and open with their employees. They're extremely thoughtful about the experience from interviews to onboarding to feedback / compensation talks. They truly care about employee growth and happiness - Flexible work schedule - Great perks (daily catered lunch, snacks, unlimited vacation days, paid commuter benefits, paid health benefits, etc.) - Office dog - Career growth and satisfaction. I got to work on pretty big and impactful projects right away. They're also really good about letting you (and in fact encourage you to) explore different areas of interest. Co-founders are responsive and friendly and treat their employees with a lot of respect. Somewhat disorganized from time to time. It's the kind of place where being self-driven, supportive, and open-minded is essential.
