Lot of internal politics
Salary is never on time. It starts after 10th in installments and will go on till 25th of the month. By the time all other companies get their salary for next month.
Being a HR Technology company internal process are zero. Not implemented ZingHR for internal use. There is performance cycle. People who resign and management wants to retain them gets salary hike.
Recruitment happens through word of mouth. Not confident of the recruitment platform built for selling to customer.

AmaZING experience with Cnergyis Infotech Pvt Ltd

I have been working for this company for over 2 years now.
A strong list of clientele
Managers are very efficient
I have rarely seen an Indian company being led, and growing so well in such a competitive field.
If a company treats / coordinates so well, I wonder why so many full time people have given poor reviews?
Perhaps it is the basic 'Indian' mediocrity (Yes, I'm an Indian and I'm NOT mediocre) that makes people believe that they deserve high salaries and incentives for being average workers.
No dear mediocre(s), people get promoted / appraised / rewarded ONLY when they prove themselves ABOVE the status quo.
You people need to understand that this is not a Clerical Government job where laziness and mediocrity is supported / endorsed. It is one of the most competitive industries, and if you aren't on the TOP of your game ... please look for another career option.
Perhaps a Government Clerical job?
For people who understand the meaning of the words like "Performance", "Productivity", and "Perseverance"; and are looking for opportunities in this industry) - I would say, you should definitely try and get into Cnergyis Infotech if you can!
