CF is a very tight-knit community. You'll have family and friends and CFers come up and say thanks all the time. That was very nice. Great medical benefits. Completely mismanaged from the inside. Also just a lot of toxic personalities. Counterintuitive to what you'd think from a non-profit organization. - Co-workers were mean - A lot of long-time donors left while I was there - Long-time employees have basically secured tenure. They could coast and get by with little to no work/care. - The foundation's R&D decisions are not great.
