Management lied just to get me to do lessons

Pay per hour is really good for lessons. Fun place to work. I love the freedom given to me during my lessons

They don't train you well. I told them I didn't want to work there because I needed full time hours and they promised me I would be working full time.... I only work 5 hours a week.... NO room for growth and no benefits either

Management will lie to your face and take advantage of you. Not a real structure in place at all for employees. No room to grow. Even if you do "grow" you do not get enough for a manager role. The good instructors end up making more than the facility manager. Make sure to Negotiate your pay in your interview
